Living in Mississauga means juggling a lot. Between work, family, and everything else, it’s normal to feel stretched thin. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, relationship struggles, or feeling stuck, we’re here to help. We’re your neighbours..
Fill out this form and our intake team will reach out within one business day to match you with the right therapist.
Every counsellor holds a master’s degree and is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Our Clinical Director holds both a PhD and a Doctor of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
We combine evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and family systems therapy. These are proven approaches that help people make real changes. Read our client handbook to learn more.
For clients who want it, we can integrate Christian values and principles into therapy. This is completely optional. We’re a non-denominational clinic that welcomes people of all backgrounds and beliefs.
We’ve been serving Mississauga for over 15 years. We understand the long commutes on the 401 and 403. The challenge of balancing multiple cultures and family expectations. The rising cost of living. Our therapists live and work here, and that shows up in how we help you.
Many extended health plans cover registered psychotherapy. We provide receipts you can submit to your insurance company. Not sure about your coverage? Call 905-214-7363 and we’ll help you figure it out.
Depends on what you’re working on. Some people find relief in 6-10 sessions. Others benefit from longer support. We’ll discuss this in your first session and adjust as needed. You’re never locked in.
We get it. Reaching out takes courage, especially when you’re not even sure it’s the right move.
Here’s the thing: you don’t need to have it all figured out before you walk through our door. Lots of people start therapy feeling uncertain. Maybe you’re worried your problems aren’t “big enough.” Or you’re not sure talking will actually help. Or you’ve tried therapy before, and it didn’t click.
All of that is completely okay.
Your first session is really just a conversation. We’ll listen to what’s going on, answer your questions, and help you figure out if therapy makes sense for you right now. There’s no pressure to commit to anything beyond that first meeting.
And if therapy isn’t the right fit? We’ll be honest about that too. We’d rather you find the right kind of support than feel stuck in something that doesn’t feel helpful.
Our registered therapists charge $150 for a 50 to 60 minutes session.
Need a lower rate? We have two options:
Yes. Through the CARE grant from the Region of Peel, we provide free counselling to individuals and families receiving Ontario Works (OW) or Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) in Peel Region. Call 905-214-7363 and our intake team will walk you through the process.
