Real help for anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and more. Our therapists are trained, registered, and genuinely invested in what happens to you.

You bring your story and your goals. We bring the training, the tools, and the time to actually listen.
We are a mental health clinic in Mississauga serving individuals, couples, and families across Peel Region. We offer in-person and online therapy through a team of master’s-level therapists, each registered with CRPO (College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario). Our Clinical Director holds a PhD and a Doctor of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
We started in 2010 as a small ministry serving one community. Today we serve anyone in Peel Region, regardless of faith, background, or income.

Inspired by Jesus’s words, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28)
We provide evidence-based, compassionate mental health care with optional Christian faith integration. We’re here to help you find healing and hope, whatever that looks like for you.
Where high-quality, affordable, and optional faith-integrated mental health care services are accessible to everyone. Where cost never keeps someone from getting help.

For clients who want it, Christian faith integration is available. You decide at intake whether faith is part of your therapy. Some clients never mention it. Others make it central to their healing. Either way, you lead.
We listen first, then respond. You won't hear confusing jargon or clinical distance from our team. When you share something hard, we make space for it without rushing to fix or judge.
All therapists hold master's degree and CRPO registration. Our Clinical Director has a PhD and Doctor of Counselling and Psychotherapy. We use evidence-based approaches & ongoing clinical supervision.
Most clinics charge $200 or more per session. We offer supervised intern therapy starting at $50 and sliding scale options for those who qualify. For qualified residents of Peel Region, counselling may be available at no cost through the CARE Program Grant. In person or online. We answer the phone during business hours.
Therapy is serious work, but our space doesn't feel clinical or cold. Clients tell us they feel welcomed from the first phone call. Our staff genuinely enjoy working here, and that shows in how we treat you.
We serve clients from many backgrounds in English, French and Arabic. We ask questions instead of making assumptions, and we've learned how to show up for people whose experiences differ from our own.
We believe every person has the ability to heal and grow. Not just some people. Every person. And everyone deserves the chance to do so, regardless of what they’ve been through, what they’ve tried before, or how long they’ve been struggling.
That belief shapes everything about how we work.
Therapy at Cornerstone is built around you, not a program you have to fit into. You set the goals. You decide the pace. You choose whether faith is part of the conversation. Our therapists bring the training and the tools, but you bring what matters most: your story, your strength, and what you want your life to look like.
We also know that cost has quietly kept a lot of people in Peel Region from ever walking through a therapist’s door. That matters to us. It’s why we’ve spent 15 years finding ways to make care accessible. Supervised intern sessions start at $50. We offer sliding scale fees based on income and household size. And for the Peel residents who qualify through the CARE Program Grant, counselling is completely free.
When you come to Cornerstone, you are accepted as you are. No judgment. No pressure. Just a team of people who genuinely believe your situation can get better, and who will stay with you while it does.

We started in 2010 with support from the Church of Virgin Mary & St. Athanasius in Mississauga. What began as a small ministry to help church members access therapy has grown into a full mental health clinic serving anyone in Peel Region, regardless of faith background.
We’re still part of that church community. But our doors are open to everyone.
At Cornerstone, we believe that everyone, regardless of faith, background, or life circumstances, deserves the opportunity to live life to the fullest. Whether you’re seeking peace, personal growth, or healing, we are here to walk alongside you on your journey toward mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
