We Contact the Client
Our intake coordinator will reach out to the client within 1 business day to discuss needs, answer questions, and book an initial assessment appointment.

First Appointment
Your client will meet with one of our therapists for a comprehensive assessment and begins their therapeutic journey.
Typical wait time: Within 1 week
Mental Health Counselling Services
We provide evidence-based, trauma-informed mental health counselling with optional faith integration. Our services include:
- Individual therapy for children & youth (ages 10+)
- Individual therapy for adults
- Family therapy
- Couples counselling
- Trauma-informed care
- Virtual and in-person options
- Evening and weekend appointments available
- Counselling services in English or Arabic
Our Team: All our therapists are master’s-level Registered Psychotherapists (CRPO) supervised by our Clinical Director who holds a PhD and Doctor of Counselling and Psychotherapy (DCP).
What You'll Need
Please ensure you have the following information ready:
- The client's consent to share their information with us
- Basic demographic information (name, date of birth, contact details)
- The client's general availability for appointments
- For children and youth under 18: If parents share custody, both will need to complete our Child and Youth Consent Form
CLIENT HANDBOOK:
Please share our Client Handbook with your client. This helps them understand the counselling process and prepares them for their first session.

This form is secure and encrypted. All information is kept strictly confidential in accordance with the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) and the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) standards.

- Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (In-person & Online)
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Online only)
- Sunday: Closed
