We prioritize getting you scheduled with an appropriate therapist as quickly as possible, often within the same week you contact us. While we can’t guarantee immediate availability, we work to minimize wait times significantly compared to traditional mental health services.

Yes! We offer in-person sessions at our Mississauga location, secure virtual sessions throughout Ontario, and hybrid flexibility where you can choose your format session by session (with advance planning).
Our therapists support a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma, life transitions, stress management, and personal growth. However, if your concern requires specialized care (such as severe mental health crises, acute addictions, or eating disorders), we’ll provide appropriate referrals.
All our therapists are master’s-level professionals registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Our practice is also a designated teaching site, ensuring our approaches reflect the latest research and best practices. This also allows us to offer Affordable Therapy options.

Standard fees are $150 for a 50 to 60 minute session and $225 for an 80 to 90 minute session. We bill in 30 minute increments. We also offer affordable therapy with supervised interns at $50 for a 50 to 60 minute session.
