Ways to Get Help

Cornerstone Family Counselling Services offers four ways to access therapy in Mississauga and across Ontario. Each option connects you to the same CRPO-registered therapists and the same doctoral-level clinical supervision.

Every Cornerstone therapist holds a master’s degree and is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Our Clinical Director holds a PhD and a Doctor of Counselling and Psychotherapy. That standard applies to every client, every session — whether you come to our office in Mississauga or connect online across Ontario.

Our team speaks English, French, and Arabic. We have been serving the diverse communities of Peel Region for 15 years, and our approach reflects that.

Four Ways to Connect

In-Person Therapy

Come to our Mississauga office at 6341 Mississauga Road. A private, dedicated space away from home and work. Monday to Thursday 9 AM–9 PM, Friday 9 AM–7 PM.

Online Therapy

Secure video sessions from any device, anywhere in Ontario. Same therapists. Same session length. Flexible scheduling including evenings and Saturdays. A good option if language or cultural fit matters and location should not limit your choice.

Rapid Access Therapy

If you need to see a therapist quickly, we prioritise getting you connected — often within days. Available in-person in Mississauga and online across Ontario.

Affordable Therapy

We offer sliding scale fees, $50 supervised Intern sessions, and free therapy for qualifying Peel Region residents. Three options, one clinical standard.
