In-Person Therapy in Mississauga
In-person therapy at Cornerstone takes place at our Mississauga office, where you work with a CRPO-registered therapist in a dedicated, private session.
Is In-Person Right for You?
It tends to be a good fit if:
- You want a clear separation between therapy and the rest of your day
- Home or work feels too distracting or lacks privacy
- You find face-to-face conversation easier than video
- You are new to therapy and want the structure of a formal appointment
- You want to work with a therapist in the language you think in

What a Session Looks Like
It tends to be a good fit if:
- You arrive and check in with our Intake Team. Your therapist meets you shortly after.
- Your session runs 50–60 minutes.
- You leave with a sense of what comes next.
You do not need to have a clear story prepared. You just need to show up.
Our Team
Every therapist at Cornerstone holds a master’s degree and is registered with CRPO. All clinical work is supervised by our Clinical Director, who holds a PhD and a Doctor of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Our team speaks English, French, and Arabic.
Cornerstone has been part of the Peel Region community for 15 years.
