Depression is a real and treatable mental health condition. At Cornerstone, we help people in Mississauga and Peel Region understand what is happening and work through it using approaches that have strong evidence behind them.
You are exhausted but cannot sleep. Things you used to enjoy feel flat or pointless. Getting through the day feels like a constant effort. You might feel sad, empty, or numb. You are harder on yourself than you would ever be on anyone else.
Depression is real, it is not your fault, and it is treatable.

Depression is more than sadness. It affects how you think, feel, and function. Research shows therapy can change the way the brain and mind handle depression over time — and the skills you build continue to help after therapy ends.
