
Anger that damages relationships, comes out sideways, or leaves you feeling ashamed is worth working on. This is not about suppressing yourself. It is about understanding what is underneath.

Anger is rarely the whole story. It is often protecting something underneath — hurt, fear, grief, or a boundary that keeps getting crossed. Therapy helps you understand what is driving it so you can respond rather than react.

We use CBT to identify triggers and patterns, EFT where anger is connected to relationship dynamics, and trauma-informed approaches where anger is rooted in past experiences.
Every therapist holds a master’s degree and is CRPO-registered. Our Clinical Director holds a PhD and a Doctor of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
