
Stress and burnout are not the same, but both can leave you feeling stretched beyond your limits. If you are no longer bouncing back the way you used to, therapy can help you make sense of what you are carrying and what needs to change.
Stress is usually tied to a specific pressure — too much to do, not enough time. It tends to ease when the pressure lifts.
Burnout is different. It builds over time, often in people who care deeply about what they do. By the time it arrives, rest alone does not fix it. You feel empty, detached, and unable to recover.

We use CBT to identify patterns keeping stress in place, ACT to help you reconnect with what matters, and mindfulness-based approaches to help your nervous system settle.
